Magnetic North Technology uses "Intelligent Scheduling + Safety Protection + Seamless Payment" an integrated solution to create a city-wide smart travel network for the local public transport group. Addressing the complex terrain and obvious tidal passenger flow characteristics, the system dynamically optimizes bus routes through AI algorithms, increasing on-time rates during peak hours from 65% to 92%; the onboard ADAS safety system monitors driver fatigue and vehicle fault risks in real time, reducing accident rates by 58% year-on-year; the electronic payment terminals supporting Azerbaijani/Russian/English trilingual interaction allow citizens to say goodbye to loose change and quickly board via NFC, QR code, or facial recognition.

During the project implementation, the Magnetic North Technology team communicated face-to-face with bus drivers and passengers to understand their needs, even adjusting the system's voice prompt volume during Ramadan to respect local cultural customs.
