Xiamen Magnetic North Anniversary Celebration and Mid-Autumn Festival Team Building Event
The bright moon reflects the beauty, and the clear light shines on the reunion; it is a good time for another year of Golden Autumn.
On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the 2024 Xiamen Magnetic North Anniversary Celebration and Mid-Autumn Festival Reunion was held on August 24th in the Zhangpu Southeast Flower Capital Hot Spring Hotel.
Members of Magnetic North came together to celebrate the culture of the Bobing game and to share their joy during the Golden Autumn Festival.
Bobing
Moon viewing, mooncake eating, and sacrifice offering are almost a nationwide custom, but Bobing is unique to the southern part of Fujian.
Everyone threw the dice in turn, and the combination of the six dice results determined the different prizes.
Everyone’s eyes were focused on the red bowl, and their hearts were nervously following the spinning dice. Yi xiu, er ju, san hong, si jin,... correspond to different prizes. The sound of the dice hitting the bowl and the cheers for good luck rising and falling together interwove into a Mid-Autumn Festival symphony.
Bonfire
As the night fell, the hotel square was decked out with bright stars, and a lively bonfire party started. The burning bonfire not only lit up the night sky but also ignited the enthusiasm and passion in everyone’s heart.
The barbecue aroma was overflowing as everyone sat around the stove to enjoy the food and exchange their work and life moments, which drew the distance between each other.
The karaoke allowed everyone to release their pressure of work and show their versatility with continuous laughter, creating a warm, harmonious, and joyful atmosphere.
In this festive season, Magnetic North family members have spent happy time together, strengthened their bond, improved team cohesion, and are looking forward to taking on new challenges and objectives as a team.
“I was in the aromatic cinnamon bush, thinking back to the previous mid-autumn celebration. I could see the reflections of the white moon and flowers in the glass.” A famous Chinese poet recalled.
