01｜Understand corporate culture

Deputy General Manager of Cibei Technology-Zhu Hong(Xiamen University 01 electronic information engineering) introduced the company's history, culture, main business and future development plan. The students first visited the company's exhibition hall and various departments, experienced the workplace environment and working atmosphere on the spot, and understood the development history, product line and market positioning of Cibei Technology. They carefully observed the design details of products such as on-board intelligent terminals and in-car LCD guide screens, and had a more intuitive understanding of the production, process and design concept of the products.

02｜Professional discussion and exchange

General Manager of Cibei Technology-Wang Yu(Xiamen University School of Management, 2011-level Master, School of Information, 2015-level Doctor) shared the workplace experience with the students and answered their questions about career development. The students actively asked questions and had in-depth exchanges and discussions with our general manager. This visit not only gave students an in-depth understanding of the product design concept of Cibei Technology, felt the power of corporate culture and team spirit, but also gave students a clearer plan for their career development.

Our company extended a warm welcome to the teachers and students of Xiamen University and introduced in detail the development of the company in recent years.
