Brief introduction of Intelligent Acoustic Imager

A container is filled with gas, when its internal pressure is greater than the external pressure, due to the large pressure difference between inside and outside, once the container has a leak, the gas will punch out of the leak. When the size of the leak is small and the Reynolds number is high, the flushing gas will form turbulence, and the turbulence will produce a certain frequency of sound waves in the vicinity of the leak. The frequency of sound wave vibration is related to the size of the leak hole. When the leak hole is relatively large and the sound wave frequency is greater than 20KHz, the human ear cannot hear it, but it can also spread in the air, which is called no-load ultrasonic wave. The intelligent audio-visual instrument is an intuitive and easy-to-use tool that can identify the audio frequency of gas leakage. It uses 128 highly sensitive digital microphone arrays to convert the collected sound into visible light images and present them on the screen in the form of maps to help the team detect and find the leakage as early as possible.
